Panel Options
Our single-skin partitioning is a modular panel system suitable for a wide range of applications within the warehouse or factory environment, including offices, security or storage areas, factory dividing walls and roofs.
The system is quick and easy to construct; panels are bolted to the floor which means it has the added benefit of being de-mountable and re-locatable with a minimum of effort.
The system has a comprehensive range of single, double and sliding doors available. These can be fitted with most types of locks and latches, including interlocks.
There is a wide range of standard panel width and height options available; however experience tells us that your requirement is probably not ‘standard’! Therefore, our system will be manufactured to your exact requirement. We will also provide a detailed drawing for your approval prior to manufacture.
Our single-skin system available in various panel configurations: all steel, steel/glass/steel, steel/mesh, or all mesh. We can offer mesh in either 50x50mm or 25x25mm apertures, or use an Expamet mesh of your choice. Glazed panels can be fitted with laminated safety glass during the manufacturing process, ensuring an exact fit and saving installation time.
Support posts are positioned at a maximum of 3700mm centres, with generally three panels between and a top-cap profile connecting the panels together. Once all of these components are bolted together they provide a rigid partition wall.
All panels and posts are supplied with an electrostatically-applied lead-free powder-coat finish. You can choose from a range of standard colours (Grey, White, Sandstone), however non-standard or corporate colours are available on request.

Our double-skin partitioning is a modular panel system suitable for a wide range of applications within the warehouse or factory environment, including offices, security or storage areas, factory dividing walls and roofs.
The system is quick and easy to construct. Panels are fixed into a floor channel with an option of laminate skirting, and lock into adjacent panels by means of an internal locking channel making installation fast, simple and secure.
The system has a comprehensive range of single, double and sliding doors available. These can be fitted with most types of locks and latches, including interlocks.
There is a wide range of standard panel width and height options available; however experience tells us that your requirement is probably not ‘standard’! Therefore, our system will be manufactured to your exact requirement. We will also provide a detailed drawing for your approval prior to manufacture.
Our double-skin system available in various panel configurations: all steel, steel/glass/steel or steel/glass. Glazed panels can be fitted with laminated safety glass during the manufacturing process, ensuring an exact fit and saving installation time. Single or double glazing is available with or without integral blinds. Noise reduction capabilities can also be offered.
